I ordered a decant last week for my friend’s birthday (which is today). After a few days of no shipment email, I decided to call the number provided on the site. I tried during business hours multiple times and all I ever got was “The Google subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable.” Over a week later and still can’t reach an actual live human by phone. You don’t even have an option to leave a message. Why have a phone number under the contact section? I did receive an email telling me they made a mistake and my item is out of stock, but still no luck reaching them.

Hi, thank you for sharing this. Thank you about letting us know about the phone issue, it is now fixed. We understand how frustrating that experience must have been, especially when you were ordering for a birthday. We have already followed up with you by email, explained the out of stock issue, and issued a full refund for your order. If you need any additional help or would like assistance finding a similar fragrance, please feel free to reply to our email or contact us through the website. We are here to help.

I’ve purchased dozens of samples from DecantX and have always been satisfied. I’m not an expert but everything seems genuine and high quality. They have a huge selection and the prices are great. This is my go to place to try colognes before buying a full bottle.

The bottle if you want to call it that was actually smaller than a standard size perfume tester.....This is probably free but whoever owns this company is selling it
Reply from DecantXNov 19, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We understand the size can be surprising if you’re expecting a standard store tester. Our decants aren’t free manufacturer samples; they’re hand-filled in specific sizes listed at checkout. If the size you received doesn’t match what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to review and fix it.
