paid for expedited shipping, not realizing the order would take 3 full business days to fill before a shipping label was even created, another day before package pick up, then the expedited shipping. entire process actually took a full week. contacted decantx, was told they'd try harder.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear the timing of your expedited order did not meet your expectations. Expedited shipping speeds up the transit time, but we understand that processing delays made the overall experience feel much longer, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have already followed up with you by email and truly appreciate your suggestion about clearer communication. Setting accurate expectations is important, and your feedback is helping us improve that. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the chance to address this. If you ever need further assistance, we are here to help.

Trustworthy with quick delivery. Colognes were all authentic and shipping was processed quickly. Price point is fair and worth not having to blind buy a $400 bottle of cologne. Will be using DecantX in the future and highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re glad to hear your order was delivered quickly, the fragrances were authentic, and the pricing felt fair, especially compared to blind buying a full bottle. We truly appreciate the recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future!
