Fragrances were diluted or with alcohol. Customer service was rude. Offered to send back and they said no. Only when I threatened lawsuit did they refund my purchase. Looked on Reddit and multiple sites and the same has happened to so many others

I love the ability to sample very expensive fragrances without committing to spending several hundred dollars on one scent. DecantX has a good service team who responded quickly when I had a defective atomizer. The communications were simple and and very personable. Most of all the FREE shipping! That's what made me a returning customer. No one else gives free shipping.

The shipping was what was said, the package arrived very well cared for and protected, and the fragrance was exquisite, very good service. I recommend it if you want to try it before buying the entire product.

Extremely fast shipping and response time. Always packaged well and the decants are taped so they will not leak through shipment. They always have the newest fragrances I'm looking for before other sites do as well. Couldn't recommend them more!
