Update: Customer Service reaches out to me after seeing my review. Somehow my emails were going to their "Junk/Spam" folder as stated by the rep. They quickly offered to make it right and they did. They sent 4 free decants of my choosing for my trouble. Customer service refuses to refund my money even though my package has been lost since the 3rd. I dont pay for a decant only for it to be ruined in shipping. Do business somewhere else

Question an order over a week ago and have heard nothing since despite writing emails calling and putting the messages on Instagram. I’m going to call my credit card company and stop payment.

Pleased with the brands they carry and hope they’ll continue to expand while trying to keep offerings in stock. Delivery was pretty quick, and the 2ml decants don’t seem stingy. Although one that I ordered was a different flanker, I didn’t mind and didn’t reach out. I appreciate they didn’t bombard my inbox with Black Friday messages.
