We ordered curtains and they didn't turn out to be right for the room. The color was off from the description and the length wasn't right. The quality was less than expected. Which was disappointing. We tried to return the curtains but were told that they can only be returned if they are defective. This is a terrible policy and will be our deciding factor to never do business with them ever again.

The curtains I ordered took more than a month to get which was not what I expected. The reason I give it 2 out of 5 is that they came wrinkled due to very tight packaging and have no care instructions for the fabric (velvet). Had the product been packaged better, the curtains would look good but they don't.

Multiple orders placed ended up being out of stock so we had to choose other options several times. Delayed response time to emails.

What Walmart sent to me is curtains. They were wrapped in a plastic bag with no identifying words on it. I’m guessing they were used curtains.

You used Amazon as the carrier and they didn't let me know when the package was dropped. High porch crime area so didn't appreciate not being notified of delivery. The product is not a light blocker. It's a very cheap thin curtain. I can see the colors of the pieces of stained glass I have hanging in the window through the curtain. False advertising on your part in my opinion.
