Communication was a bit lacking....average at best. Unless I reached out for an update, they were not proactive in updating the order status.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the communication. On the product page for the item you ordered, the expected lead time of a week is listed below the Add to Cart button. However, it's possible that you didn't see the message. We'll see if there are ways for us to make it more pronounced. When your order shipped on time the following week, we sent an email alert with the tracking number and shipping service. Did you receive it? If not, it's possible that it went to spam or a firewall prevented it from reaching your inbox. We're checking into ways to ensure our email messages are not flagged as spam, since missed communications can be frustrating for everyone. Thanks for your feedback.

Speed and specificity or transaction. Personal phone call was very easy to source my part needed.

The particular fabric chair slings I ordered are difficult to find, so I was pleased that this vendor carries them. Bill even emailed me to ensure that I understood that I was only ordering the slings (rather than the chair frames).

The H55 is a great casual lounge chair and it's nice that Skargaarden offers replacement slings. However, there are no images of just the slings, so it's easy to see how some folks get confused. Hope you get many years of enjoyment out of them.

Madelaine, it's our pleasure. Your Bambrella Hurricane umbrella has been one of our most popular shades over the years and is very durable. Please share photos once it's been set-up.

Great quality product and customer service

Thanks Darren! Umbrella canopies eventually wear out and Bambrella makes it easy to replace them.
