Thames & Mendip Artisan Foods LtdReviews of deenremovals.com

Here are some facts: - removal men arrived in no uniform, unmarked vans with NO equipment (nothing to protect carpets/ stairs or shoes) no trolleys for heavy items. No equipment to dismantle furniture despite saying they would dismantle and reassemble. - removal men spoke limited English, couldn’t read box labels - observed them dropping heavier items, clearly no training or care - office manager is initially charming but aggressive, will go in low price to lure you in and add cost later. - workers force a review at the end making you scan the code asking for 5 stars hence the good google reviews. Do not use this company, ask about their staffs right to work If you read this review well done for doing some research.Do not use them

This was a positive experience. A list and photos for the items was to be moved was sent and the quotation understated the amount that had to be moved and so a second Luton was needed. However apart from that the crew worked well. Furniture was carefully wrapped and everything was moved from A to B with no damage. I would recommend them.

Despite telling these people I do not require their services or a quote they ring me 2-3 times a day and leave a silent message. I have had to block their number because of the ongoing harassment. This has gone on for 3 weeks now. AVOID

I found it interesting this company took so long to comment and this is their comment I could not reply to: Reply from Deen Removals and Storage LTD 2 days ago We have searched our records thoroughly and have no record of any customer, booking, or move matching this account or identity. We suspect this is a fraudulent review intended to extort or slander our business. We take false claims seriously and have reported this profile to the platform for removal. Interesting when I have a trail of evidence from the company that I am a real client, photos of the move and they moved my goods internationally so customs declations. Further proof they are not to be trusted. I have put a complaint to Trustpilot about their comments and ludicrous claims.

Fantastic service from the whole team, all the way from organising to removal. The team were efficient, hard working and very careful with our belongings for a full house move

Deen removals came to my rescue after another company let me down. I spoke with Thomas and carried out a WhatsApp video survey. Thomas came back with a very competitive quote. Deposit paid and a leap of faith taken. His team are just awesome, hard working and effective. Thomas was contactable throughout from start to finish. He and his team made a very stressful day easy for us. The move went to plan and we are very happy with the new house and its contents! Nothing broken or lost and where we wanted them. I don’t often make recommendations but I will for Deen Removals. Book them with faith that they will deliver and they will as they did for us. One happy customer from Mortimer.

Mr Shah and Bobby did a great job today moving some heavy furniture from London to Bedford. Super speedy, friendly and careful with my belongings. Everything made it in one piece and they had no complaints about all the stairs!

A person who runs this business is not paying his workers. He owns one van and takes on large jobs by using subcontractors. He does not complete jobs on time and deliberately prolongs them to ask for more money. One of his subcontractors is now demanding payment for work completed, but he is refusing to pay.
