Talked with Dr,Calkins. He explained and answered all my questions, appointment was not rushed and we worked out the best plan for me to start out with. I switched from another provider and i am completely satisfied with my decision to go with defy. From the doctor to the staff the experience was top notch.

Straight forward and supportive. No BS to deal with like with a lot of medical providers.

Very thorough. We discussed my blood results in comparison to the past levels as well as discussing in detail the few remaining symptoms that are still bothersome and changing a few things around to see if those symptoms subside. I really like having the leeway that defy provides to adjust as needed to reduce my symptoms while minimizing side effects.

It was very nice speaking with Jill. She answered all the questions I had and offered useful information.

I keep asking for Mike every time I do a consult because he’s easy to talk to and relates my changes to meds and dosages etc. to his own personal experiences. He’s a good communicator on the why the meds work and I appreciate that.
