Very lovely and quick to converse with. Answered many questions. I am praying that we don’t get a broken bat before this upcoming weekend while he is using it for BP. Crossing my fingers! Great customer service otherwise and have not had issues with the bat we have now but also only used it a few times.

My 15u son loves this bat! First weekend using it and hit 1 Triple and 2 Doubles. He says it feels better than his A1 Combats at the plate.

Ok so I write this as an honest review. First I would like to praise the staff at Delano for being prompt, fair and very quick to reply . The staff is not an issue however, I broke 2 of these bats within the first 5 months of the season. Both on barrel hits . Facing between 70-88 mph. 1st delano lasted me about 3.5 months maybe 45 games. 2nd one lasted me 3 games and im now on my 3rd one. The bats have a great barrel and they feel very nice. Just the 400$ for a bat that breaks so often is too much, especially since the warranty doesnt reset when they send you a new one which is crap. The bats aren’t built to last, they’re built to perform for a short period of time. In my opinion Baum bat is still the best bat on the market for durability, if baum ever makes a barrell like Delano these will fade out.

Delano Is the best wood bat company in the world right now they have an amazing staff and always answer and they are incredibly helpful all the time and The Delano bat is the best wood bat in the game it is durable it has insane power and easy to get through the zone I would pick the Delano 10 times out of 10

My son loves the handle and the balance/light transfer on his swing. Got two doubles between the gaps last tournment. The feel is really nice.

I love this bat- I recommend getting an ounce over what you normally swing cause it’s easy to swing. The only negative is exit velocity - wish it could be slightly more dense even if the weight went up by an ounce.

The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They are very prompt and seem to want to take care of any issues as soon as they are made aware. If I had a knock on anything it’s the weight of the bat. We have had three 34 inch bats and they weighted 31.6 ounces, 32.6 and now 32. My recommendation is to call and see if they can get a bat that weighs exactly what you want. Even when I did I still got a bat that is 32 ounces instead of 31. The bat has extreme pop and is made very well. I would buy it again, it is worth the money!
