Customer service is always quick and helpful. Inbound recently gets received within 3days. Accountability 👍🏾.. Been with them for more than 2years lots of improvements. I work with two other fulfillment centers and I'm in a position to say Deliverr is TOP.

An order had gone missing, but Henry at Deliverr was a dream to work with in resolving the missing item. He and the rest of the team responded within hours of my email and had a resolution within a day. In all communications, he was clear, upfront, and friendly, which is all too uncommon in the time of customer service bots. Deliverr and Roterunner swiftly worked together to solve a problem and just seem like terrific humans. I'd happily do business with them again!

Deliverr provides us with a seamless and pain-free experience, which allows us to focus on our core business without having to worry about B2C shipping. Deliverr's customer support is phenomenal and our account manager, Damian, is truly the best. He goes above and beyond to ensure we're getting the best service. I feel like he cares for our business as if it were his own. There are a lot of 3PL solutions to choose from but it would be hard to find a solution as perfect as Deliverr. Filing a claim The process was easy and clear. I could not believe the prompt response in solving this issue. All I did was file the claim on the order to update the apt number before shipping which many times is not possible if the order is in processing status. Henry was great in updating the information before shipping.

Deliverr consistently send THE WRONG PRODUCT to our customers. We realized after over 50 support cases!!!!!! that they contracted out to warehouses. They had no basic quality control and their crap warehouses would NOT scan the actual bar code on our products. This resulted in customers getting random products which don't relate to what they ordered. Then they lost half of our shipment and AFTER 5 MOTNHS they still have not found it or closed our account. They keep billing us for NO service. They couldn't perform basic logistics and they clearly don't care about helping their 'customers'
