I have been wanting to lower my electric usage as well as be a little more self reliant. I purchased two Della mini-splits, an 18k and a 12k. I installed the units myself. I had my own equipment so I didn't need to rent it from Della. The install was fairly simple but with a good amount of work. I am very pleased with Della's customer service. They were easy to get in touch with and Hector took care of all my concerns in a timely manner. The install instructions from Della and you-tube were very helpful. Both units are running quiet and efficiently. The units were reasonably priced and seem to be well built. I am happy with Della.

I have an HVAC company and usually buy Della off of Amazon. However, I found it to be easier to order from the Della website. Very fast shipping and we've always been satisfied with the products that we get from them.

I know have two of their mini splits. One on the addition of my house after a not so old LG (3 years old) broke and a multi zone unit on my metal building. They are whisper quiet and work amazingly. The installation was easy, delivery was quick and when I ran into a issue with one of my Inside air handlers they made it right quick! Highly recommend.
