horrible experience
horrible experience. 6+ month shipping time, rude customer service. Then, poor construction, two parts broke on the rack, no instructions included in deliver.

Very sorry to hear about your wait and the poor service you experienced. The company is since under new ownership and we have an absolute focus on customer service and product quality. Current orders are shipped next business day. We have improved quality on many of the parts and have easy instruction information including video on our website.
