Simple to use and as advertised. Tickets arrived in plenty of time. Only reason for 4 stars; I question the price. Seems high even now after having attended the Derby.

The experience of attending the Derby was great! Race 12 not so much, Churchill Downs must be struggling financially. Payout for race 12 was just over $500k when Maximum Security was disqualified. Because of that call Churchill Downs was able to pocket $8.5 million based on the disqualification. As a first time attendant, I can only hope that attendance to future Derby’s is significant lower as a result of Saturday’s outcome. I will never return to a horse race event. Louis Nowell
