dermalogyskincare.comReviews of dermalogyskincare.com

Is the website down or discontinued? I love shopping from this store but the sudden disappearing act has me concerned.

If the seller has provided pre-tracking information but the package has not arrived at the carrier, the package will not begin shipping. I have asked why the shipping date has not been updated, but have not received a response. After making a complaint to PayPal, the package was finally shipped. I received a confirmation email after the product arrived, but I don't understand why there was no reply to the shipping inquiry. I can't feel the sincerity of the buyer waiting for the purchased product.
