I have been ordering from Dermavenue…
I have been ordering from Dermavenue for several years and the ordering is getting better. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there doesn't seem to be an easy explanation on how to use the reward points. I have accumulated many but do not know how to apply them to the total.

Hello! Thank you so much for the feedback. To use your rewards, click "Rewards" on the menu bar or at the bottom left side of the website, there is an icon for rewards. Once on the rewards page click "ways to redeem." then click "Redeem." From here there will be a slider to adjust how many points you wish to redeem for x amount of dollars. Once you choose, it will generate a coupon code equal to the value you chose to redeem. You can then use this code at checkout. We will also email this information to you directly! Was recommended by my dermatologist
Was recommended by my dermatologist. After using for two days my under eye bags are awful. Red , swollen and hurt terribly. Have stopped using. Would like to return but didn’t keep the paper work. Please advise we as to how I can return this product and get my money back. Thank you

Scam
Received product I had paid over one hundred dollars for with a NOT FOR RESALE sticker on it. Selling free-with-purchase products, not cool. Not cool at all.

I have looked into you order and apologize. We order in such large quantities that SkinMedica includes some Not For Resale product within in our shipments because of the size of the order as a promotion to us. They then sometimes get mixed into our live inventory. I see that you also received a good amount of gifts which we hope you are enjoying. We will gladly ship you a replacement without the stick on it and rectify the issue.
