Took a little longer than I expected but it was from Canada & and our postal systems are all very stressed right now. Well packaged and as described. Great experience & I would easily recommend this seller.

I was thrilled to find several DVD's that I'd been looking for at Desertoutlets, and at a very reasonable price. The shipping time was minimal, and the DVD's are in pristine condition and work great!

I was anxious to purchase a DVD that was not available in New Zealand or Australia. I found it on this site in the USA but they do not ship to New Zealand so I contacted them, and to my delight, they arranged the delivery. But there was a problem with payment online, and when it looked as though all was lost their wonderful staff eventually made the transaction; all was well and the DVD arrived safe and sound in New Zealand.
