Donna, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us and the Trustpilot community. (We were contacted by customer on June 3rd, @ 2:57 P.M., letting us know that we had sent (2) of the same DVD. We replied @ 2:58 P.M. acknowledging our mistake and letting customer know that we would send correct item via USPS First Class along with a return label for the incorrect DVD). Contacted customer again at 3:15 PM letting them know that replacement had been sent and providing them with tracking #.) We do make mistakes but will always work hard to make sure that those mistakes are corrected quickly and that you are happy with your order.
