I've been trying to reach out to get an item returned cause I don't like how it looks and no one picks up the phone, they've removed the customer support widget, and emails are never returned. I just want to return the item and be done with this company, CoolFrames will continue to get my patronage instead. Edit; I recieved a response on here that misses the point. You guys have terrible customer service. No online widget, no one answers the phone, no one answers emails.

I really would like to order a pair Cartier glasses from your website but I am nervous about the authenticity of your items. Anyway that you were able to confirm that these items are real?

Purchase with caution. I returned my item simply because the sunnies were too large for my face. They refused to provide a refund on receipt and claimed sunnies were worn and damaged. Had them on for a whole of a minute before they were put in their box and shipped back ??? Never got a response or my money back
