Beware!!!! This is a Pakistani company, not an American company Although they claim to be a US company. I paid them money to market my website on social media and they just disappeared And stole my money.  They also stole access to my facebook and instagram accounts.  They gave me eventually my Facebook account back. But refused to give me the instagram account unless I paid them more money to sign up for another scam marketing plan.  Not only am I out money, but I also have to start over on social media. I'm writing this review so everyone should not suffer the way I have.

This was the worst company I've ever worked with. The communication with them was very poor, it took over 3 months to get my site up and running. After that, it never worked correctly. Clients could view my site and send an inquiry form but they could never make any payments with the link. I tried to get them to correct the issues and they only wanted more money. They deleted my site when I switched to another company to repair the problems. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!

A week ago I wrote my review on this company and gave it a 1 star. I then modified it due to the work of the web designer Ray Maxwell. To be fair, Ray has done his job and continues to support my web site, honorblue.store. He has provided the services I paid for and continues to do so in a professional manner. My original rating was based upon the non-existent marketing I paid for and continued lack of responsive action from the marketing side of Design Vertices. So, I give Ray a 5 star review and the marketing side 1 star, or less if possible.

Personal attention and communication. They did a great job listening to what I wanted and bringing it into creation.

Dave, the manager, has been helping me with multiple business opportunity projects for more than a year. Dave and his team of employees have been a huge asset to my professional career. After seeing so many 5-star reviews here on Trustpilot, we hired Design Vertices for 6 months to provide SEO services and redesign our website. We were so hopeful that we had finally found a company that would be able to help us. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different and very disappointing! They redesigned our website, which took nearly three months, but after that, the SEO services we paid for never materialized. We paid for six months of SEO, including monthly reports, ongoing optimization, and progress tracking. None of that was delivered. Every time we asked for reports or updates, we were told “it’s coming”, but nothing ever came. Communication was frequent, but it consisted almost entirely of apologies and excuses rather than actual work or results. After the website was redesigned, there was no measurable SEO work, no reports, and no follow-through. Plus, we have since discovered that all the SKU numbers have been removed from the products, along with the “short descriptions.” It seems as time goes on, we find more things that are wrong. Second chance: We had originally posted a review a few months ago, and they contacted us right away to try to make it right. They begged us to remove the negative review and allow them a few months to prove their worth. They promised they would make it right. We understand that “shit happens”, and we were willing to allow them a second chance. It seemed to be going well at first, but only for the first week. After that, they literally dropped off the radar, and we never heard another word from them! What the hell!! I just cannot believe they would do this. This review is being written so that other business owners are aware and can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, we did not receive the services we paid for, and we regret trusting the five-star reviews that led us to hire this company. I would really like to understand how a company like this can get such great reviews, because there is no way we are the only business that has been treated this way. ⚠️ Proceed with caution if you are considering Design Vertices for SEO services. Update/Response: We fulfilled all requested approvals and access in a timely manner. During our 6-month contract—and additional time given—we received only one report. I don’t write negative reviews lightly, but I believe others should be aware.
