The whole process was quick, and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I received my order a week after placing it, and for less than half the price of what another company had quoted me. I highly recommend deskplates.com.

The products I viewed online were just what I was looking for! It went downhill from there. They offered a preproduction view of your personalized item before purchase. However, the preview failed to specify that what I would be getting would not be in color (for the logo I included). This was very disappointing. Also, the shipping I was charged included the packaging; it wasn't just based on the weight of the item itself. I feel this was a bit dishonest. They could've included a ton of packaging material at their own discretion, but I shouldn't have to pay for it; that's their cost of doing business. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Hello, We apologize that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee your satisfaction with your order and our products, and it is never our intention to mislead anyone. Please have a look at the numerous positive reviews on TrustPilot's web site praising our customer service. The desk plate you ordered is labeled on our web site as having a, "BLACK METAL PLATE WITH GOLD ENGRAVING". It isn't advertised as having an option for a color logo. The proof we provided, including your logo, was shown in black and white. In reference to shipping charges, you chose the UPS Ground shipping option. When we weigh a product for UPS shipment, it must be rounded to the next whole pound. If it weighs 3 lbs. 2 oz., it must be rounded up to 4 pounds for cost calculations. This is a UPS requirement, not ours. Someone from our customer service team will attempt to contact you about your order.

The process was a little confusing. I don't know why I could not approve the type when I placed the order. The desk plate was the one I wanted except that I thought the type would have been gold not silver. I still am very satisfied with the desk/card holder nameplate.

Everything was perfect! When I submitted the order I thought it was gold and black. The piece came in almond. After reviewing the proof, I realize I approved the almond. Definitely worth the value!
