Devoted Health has always been there for me through my battle with cancer. From Jan.2024 I always had friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable help with any questions or problems that may have shown up.

It has been an absolute nightmare for the last 2 months trying to get a doctor for my back being passed around and passed around and then they closed the case and didn't even tell me about it it's the first time I've been unhappy with devoted since I belonged with them the only reason I gave him a two was because the people that were on the phone from the original and initial call in the call center tried to be very helpful although they had no authority to do anything so they had to send me to a special department which was no help at all practically very very disappointed
