Devoted is the best coverage my wife and I have experienced. Great coverage, no questions ever.

While the plan is great for clients and the agent portal is highly efficient to work with, provider claims are not being paid out properly. As a result, even though it is a PPO plan, the number of providers refusing it is expected to increase. Currently, providers are already refusing to accept the Devoted Plan.

The company jerks you around all the time.On reimbursements. You have to fight them to get the correct amount period they did this to me on a ct scan. Then they turned around on another scan that I had a few months later , and did the same thing period even though it was at the same location and same price. Fight THEM ALL THE WAY!
