Dear customer, We are truly sorry for all the confusion and disappointment this issue has caused you. After checking your order, we shipped exactly the item you selected at checkout. Unfortunately, we did not see any note requesting the Jaws movie poster in your order. Besides, the Jaws movie poster version is priced higher than the item you purchased, so we are unable to send you that product at the current price. We previously reached out to you with an exchange option, where you would need to cover the return shipping cost. However, we haven’t heard back from you. If you still wish to arrange an exchange, please feel free to reply to this email so we can discuss available solutions with you. Best regards, Dia‑dia‑dia Team

Dear valued customer, we sincerely apologize that your purchasing and assembly experience was unsatisfactory, and we would like to give a full explanation: 1. About assembly & mounting holes We have clearly marked assembly instructions on our product page: this display requires simple self-assembly, with reserved pre-drilled marking positions. Customers only need a screwdriver to drill and fix screws at the marked spots for stable installation. This DIY design is noted on our listing in advance for all buyers to check before ordering. 2. About supporting accessories & load-bearing test We have matched complete supporting accessories for every frame, and all support structures have passed strict load-bearing safety tests to hold your display steadily. we can provide alternative supporting solutions for free if the adhesive style does not meet your needs. 3. Regarding customer service response We deeply regret missing your previous messages and failing to resolve your trouble in a timely manner, this is our negligence. Please kindly send us your order number via private message, our support team will reply within minutes and offer customized solutions including supplementary support parts or other compensation to make this right for you. If you have any doubts about installation, accessories or product structure before purchase, feel free to message us anytime, we will answer all questions patiently. We will also further optimize our product page descriptions to make assembly information more prominent to avoid misunderstandings. Best regards, Dia-dia-dia Team

Dear Customer, We're extremely sorry to learn that you're dissatisfied with the LEGO F1 Display Case for APXGP Team Race Car from The Movie (77252). We source our products from reliable suppliers and have strict quality - control processes in place. Could you please share more details via the email address mailto:[email protected] on what specifically made you feel the product was cheaply made? This will help us in our improvement efforts. As for the shipping costs, we know they can seem high, especially with global transportation. These fees cover various expenses like logistics, handling, and customs clearance. We're constantly working with our shipping partners to negotiate better rates and explore more cost - effective shipping solutions to reduce these costs for our customers in the future. We also want to address your point about other sites being better. We've indeed received similar feedback from customers regarding some very cheap websites. These sites often engage in fraudulent activities, such as selling counterfeit products, failing to deliver orders, or stealing personal and financial information. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope to regain your trust and continue serving you in the future. Best regards, Dia-dia-dia Team
