I wanted to say thank you to Emily on the customer service chat from the diamondsdirect.com website. She was very helpful in getting my order quickly shipped to my local store location for pickup. She was kind, friendly, and made the process super easy. Thank you Emily!

I had the great pleasure of chatting online with Cindy P. She was gracious and more than helpful. What made the experience a cut far above the usual was that she chatted with me as two friends would chat, being personable and warm, a trait I very much appreciated. You never know what life experiences are on the other end of your coversations. Personal warmth can often change the trajectory of someone's day for the better. Thank you, Cindy P. I give you the highest marks.

My wife and I went to Diamonds Direct to find a gift to celebrate the birth of our first child. We were referred to see Katie and had an amazing shopping experience. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and patient to walk us through the buying process, but also gave us advice on what styles would work best with my wife’s existing ring. We highly recommend Katie and Diamonds Direct. We’ll definitely be back for future special occasions!

Katie is the absolute best!!! So kind and helpful from the very start. I had no idea where to start only the type of ring I had in mind and all I had to do was tell Katie and the rest was taken care of!!! This happened in a matter of 2 days and she found my perfect ring. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I had been looking for and didn’t stop until I was happy , that I have to say is the best customer service ever!!!! I had the best ring shopping experience because of katie, and she is truly amazing. She managed to have my ring ready for me in less than 1 week!! I will definitely continue shopping with diamonds direct because of her !!!! I recommend her highly. Thank you so much katie !!! I’m in love with my ring !!!
