Hi, Writing this after Brandon helped assist me with getting my 2 EV certificates verified. One of them expires on the 9th and was panicking a bit as just came back from AL and no one had picked it up so was worried it wouldnt be approved in time. Brandon spoke to me on the live chat, I explained the situation and he asked to call me. On the call he was super happy and friendly and put me at ease by talking through the verification process and what he had to do. Best interaction I've had with external support. Brandon is definitely one of the highlights of digicert

Slow and unhelpful support. Even though we've been clients of Digicert previously, the current purchase handling inquiries outside credit card payment method are terrible. The explanation and guidence for HOW to make a ssl purchase with the received quotation took us 2 months with 20+ calls back and forth without any meaningful response. Neither call or account manager support was helpful.

The most important thing is the total dedication of their technical service workers; they are always available and will help you with whatever is necessary, regardless of the time it takes.

Zahraa did a great job guiding me, and she was available very quickly and processed everything insanely fast. Besides that, she was very friendly 🥰

Not the cheapest for certificates but the customer service is great. Just had an issue dealt with quickly and efficiently over chat with Nazek
