Support during purchase of a replacement of my MS Office 2019 was quick and smooth. Very knowledgeable staff. Purchase was required as Office 2019 disappeared from my computer when on-line repair for issues Outlook occurred. MS did not recognize my original Product Key and a replacement was needed. Support included assurance that should this happen again it will allow replacement on this laptop. Many thanks!
