I was disappointed to find out these items come from China. They definitely and purposely hid that fact. Aren't we at odds with China? Because of this location, it took a month to receive the item. I'm OK with the product, it looks great. But I think they should be more transparent about the origin of their products. The box that say's "Date of experience" should say "Dates of experience"! I put in the date I ordered it. The date I received it was 02/11/2025.

Took long time to get.. and was hard to straighten out. Was relieved in a tube tightly twisted. But imagine was good and I liked graphics

Dear Dennis, We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that the shipping and packaging caused some inconvenience. To protect our products from damage during transit, we use tubes, which may require some time for the item to fully flatten. However, rest assured that this does not impact the application process. For your convenience, we have a detailed video tutorial on how to apply the decal available on our website. We're delighted to hear that you liked the images and graphics! Your feedback is invaluable, and we will certainly take it into account as we work to enhance our packaging process. If you need any assistance or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again in the future! Best regards, Atisha
