Dear Andrew, Thank you for your feedback on Trustpilot. We have reviewed your order #248990 and we understand your concern about the missing window stickers. Upon checking, your order was for 20x20 inch stickers. However, we specify on the sales page that when customers order each package of 21"x21" (or larger) stickers, 2 free 10x10 cm stickers are included. So your order of 20x20 in size is not included in our offer. However, if you make a future purchase, we are willing to give you 2 additional 10x10 cm stickers. Additionally, we have contacted you via email to clarify the situation and resolve this issue promptly.
