They made me a special decal and I reopened a new one but changed the color of the letters for me and came out great. I will be ordering more.

Was charged three times when making the initial purchase. They did fix the error after I reached out but frustrating to have to deal with. Refused to let me return an item I was dissatisfied with. They said the only way they’d consider a refund is with photo evidence of a defect. Whether or not their customers are happy with their product did not matter.

Betty Page rug is absolutely beautiful. Deep, rich, colors on Bettie figure and on Personalized name. Black, rose patterned material on the back. Sewn with care, every seam straight. Love this personalized item, would recommend Dingmun and would buy another item for sure.
