I’ve ordered from you guys twice and both times the product and customer service was fantastic! The overall experience was soured with six and seven weeks delivery time, to Georgia. You could improve your shipping.

Dear Clifflyspalnes, Hi Cliff, Thank you for your feedback and for being a returning customer. We’re truly glad to hear that you were happy with the product and our service, but we’re very sorry that the longer delivery times caused frustration. Sometimes international transit and customs procedures can add extra time to delivery, which we understand can be inconvenient. Please rest assured that our team is always monitoring shipments closely and doing our best to ensure your order arrives safely. For future orders, we also provide expedited shipping options — just reach out to our support team before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help. We value your continued support and will keep working to improve the shipping experience. Warm regards, Amy
