Dear my beloved customer - Frank Lisnik, We apologize for the inconvenience. Our holster is designed to fit many gun types, and we've sold over 100,000 units annually, with most customers giving positive feedback. However, we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you an exchange for any product of the same price from our collection, free of charge. You can keep the original item, so there's no need to return it. Additionally, enjoy a 35% discount on your next purchase as a token of our appreciation. Please visit our website: https://dinosaurized.co/ to select your replacement. By accepting this exchange, please note that it will void future refund eligibility. We value your feedback and look forward to improving your experience with us. Warm regards, Sarah
