Very nice , beautiful, like cosmetics.

After receiving two damage palettes, I honestly expected a replacement. But instead after asking me pictures and going backing forward with emails the person told me she’d send me a return label in 48h, more than 72 have passed didn’t received it. Not satisfied with customer service at all.
