I’m very unhappy with the lipstick I received. It’s dry and not good at all. Returning it.

i paid 2 day shipping, made the order on Thursday night, but I received it on Wednesday. This is a gift for Tuesday party. I contact with Dior customer service by email. But no one response. The gift box looks beautiful. The shipping really disappointed.

I love this fragrance! I discovered Dune in a duty free shop in a Turkish airport many years ago. It's getting harder and harder to find the real thing and Dune is one of a few scents that I can wear. I'll be devastated if Dune is ever discontinued:(

I love Dior products, especially fragrances, but the best part of anything Dior is receiving the beautifully packaged products. I've never received a single damaged box or product from Dior and everything is just so elegant and pretty.
