DiplomaCraft designs and prints high-quality replica diplomas, transcripts, and custom certificates for novelty, replacement, display, and keepsake purposes. Our catalog covers high school, GED, college, and university documents, alongside corporate recognition certificates, graduation gifts, and prop pieces — each made on heavyweight acid-free parchment with a foil-printed metallic seal. We're transparent about what we offer: these are commemorative replicas, not official credentials, and we state that clearly on every product page. Physical orders print within 1–2 business days and ship free across the US, with worldwide tracked delivery and digital PDFs delivered within minutes of purchase. We also provide hands-on custom design support and quick, friendly help with any question before or after an order.

Hi Shazia, We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We reached out to you by email to better understand the issue and requested photos of the document so we could review the concerns with our production team, but we haven’t yet received a response. We’d still very much like the opportunity to make this right. Please reply to our email with a few photos of the diploma showing the quality and centering issues you mentioned, and we’ll review everything promptly. If there was a production error on our end, we’ll ensure it is resolved appropriately. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us the chance to resolve this for you. – Alicia, DiplomaCraft Support

The agent Alicia was very helpful when my diploma was expected to be delivered after the expected delivery date when I paid extra money for expedited shipping. She was courteous and polite and offered to send over a digital copy of the diploma free of charge for the inconvenience. I will be recommending this company to my loved ones!
