It was easy to order, and the product was quickly shipped. Two constructive comments: 1. When signing up, they offered a 10% discount for the first purchase. However, the item I purchased was not eligible for the discount, and 2. I wanted to purchase a second product; however, the color I wanted was not in stock, and they told me it would take 2 months to get it. I ordered it on Amazon.

I needed to return an item from my order. It was generally smooth. I wanted to use their prepaid label option, so I called customer service. I was told that was not available for my order for some reason. So I paid for shipping locally. Then the next day I received an email from them with their prepaid label ready for printing. Silly. I wouldn't have bought my own if they had correctly told me they were sending me a label.
