The first time you make a pruchase is a little bit tricky. It requires an text message activation that you need to do after you payd for your product. A little tricky but if you carefully read the instructions you will get it right. Otherwise the costumer support is fast and they are very helpfull. But once you get past that first purchase. Its all go in and buy away! Want a brand new game for under 40 bucks? maybe even 30? Direct2play is an awesome site with awesome prices. You buy the game and to your e-mail get sent the Steam/Origin activation key for that product. You just type it in. And its activated to your Steam/Origin account :)

Generally good, but have had two hassles before. Both were resolved in a quick manner though.

My order was also cancelled and just a few hours before the game unlocked...To make things worse, this purchase was a birthday gift for a friend. However, d2p did everything they could to make everything right. I recieved a full refund plus a coupon towards my next purchase. Thank you for righting the wrongs.

I bought battlefield 3, Skyrim, and pre-ordered Reaper of Souls from them. I managed to win a free Titanfall game but due to some complication the key was used by someone else. Direct2Play didn't give up and try to solve my problem, in the end I received a free copy of Thief instead. Would have gone with another Titanfall game but hey, a game is better than nothing! Good job for Direct2play's customer service!

These guys have very fast customer service and great prices. I had to ask for a refund due to person issues and they helped me right away.

Lots of games at reasonable prices. Quick service with purchases and such. Customer support was leaving me wanting something a little better. Wasn't particularly impressed. But other than that, they're great.
