Very satisfied, I purchased a Phonak L30 and very pleased.

This is the best hearing aid I have purchased over the last 10 years. It still has a way to go but the speech recognition is greatly improved over others and the other noise continues to be a major problem and it would be nice if you had another microphone that was more consumer priced instead of the Rogers for conferences and meetings, etc.

The Phonak hearing aids are much better than my Costco, Jabra, hearing aids. Audio is better for just hearing and substantially better if listening to music. I still struggle with loud settings and big get togethers, but much better than my last pair. The price was still double, but there was a big sale do it wasn't much more than that.

This is the second time I purchased hearing aids though Direct Hearing. The sales are deftly handled by Trey: he knows his product line, and can set you up with hearing aids appropriate for your needs. The prices seem fair, but to be honest, I did no research, so I trusted Trey would sell at the best price. As a returning customer, I was given an additional loyalty discount that took $1350 off of the price quoted. Once you get your hearing aids, you'll be assigned to a audio specialist who will fine-tune your devices for optimal performance. I had the good fortune of being assigned to Will for my last pair of hearing aids. Will is off the charts knowledgeable about the technical aspects of these highly sophisticated devices, plus he's a good and decent man who I've come to trust as a friend. Have no fear, Direct Hearing is...hear?
