Christy correctly diagnosed the problem (receiver wire) and shipped the replacement part. Unfortunately, it took over a week for the part to arrive. Considering you charge $15 for shipping, I think it could have been shipped to arrive sooner. Also, it came without the tool to remove the old wire and install the new wire.

It was a good price point compared to the “brick & mortar” alternative. The tuning process via the phone was very similar to the in-person tuning, because I have now experienced both!
