My Trex nebulizer arrived as scheduled and works very well!

The ordering process was easy, but the product needs a connecting piece (the one that went to the non-heating CPAP tube doesn't fit/too small because the tube is rigid) so I have to use duck tape to make it stay together

I received an order and without realizing there was a 1-digit difference on my order. I opened it and sent an email, and Liz at the Care Center was very helpful and I had my replacement with days. I have now returned the unopened merchandise back. Thank you to Liz from the Care Team

It's the 27th of August, the package was supposed to be here on the 16th I communicated to you it hadn't arrived on the 25th, all you did was send me the tracking info that clearly shows the package is late and the last update was on the 18th
