In the last 6 months we have been paid late no less than 4 times. I really feel like it has been more. I am submitting this through a friends account bc I do not want to be fired, but stay far away from this company

someone i know was very excited to work for this company . seeing that this would be their first ever WFH job . she went out brought a new laptop, headset, port box/cable for ethernet connection , brand new desk and chair for this job specifically . she was under the impression that this company was felon friendly which is why she applied . completed all paperwork , attended orientation and did 2 days of training , for them to reach out via email to resend the job offer . i think its overly depressing for a job to make someone go through the entire process to then rip it away from them w/o getting a chance to showcase their work ethic . what happened to giving people a chance . Things like this is why people have no hope . i believe no one should be getting the job before backgrounds are complete but lessoned learned . great job DI ... GREAT JOB !

Working at Direct Interactions has changed my life. As a caregiver, having flexible scheduling opportunities is key. I was drawn to this company because of its mission to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. I stayed because they gave me an opportunity to shine and gave me a chance to showcase my skills. The work has been both challenging and rewarding. I would recommend Direct Interactions to anyone who is dedicated to customer service, has mad skills, and is just looking for a better career and a chance to prove that you are more than what others have made you believe.

I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload. Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process. I’ve had to call a couple times, and people can be very short. Not Camelia, thank you for not rushing and making the experience a smooth one, not cringy

I spoke with Lisa Zaidle and she was excellent with knowledge and patience in helping me to reset my PIN number for unemployment services to enable me to continue doing my weekly activities and collect my weekly pay!
