I wish I could put up even less than 1 star. Customer service is the absolute worst. Not helpful and rude, was hung up on twice. Once for suggesting I feel like I am being scammed. This was my first and last experience with them. Totally not worth anything.

Forth Worth Texas location is horrible, they never have orders ready on time, you gotta sit around and wait for up to 2 hrs.they always missing a pallet and tell you come back another day , to someone who drives 6hrs to pick up, while they can't just bring out 1 more pallet, lazy and rude staff . How they label descriptions is a total disaster. They say untested customer returns, where each item has receipt saying broken, damaged, missing parts. Other locations make that correct pallet description( damaged/ missingparts, not here they just lie . I go to Arkansas location, warehouse there is amazing, descriptions accurate, staff friendly and helpful everything on time, nothing missing They need to do better management at Forth Worth

I'm extremely disappointed with DirectLiquidation.com. I spent $935 on a clothing pallet, and it was a complete waste of money. The packaging was completely destroyed, and the clothes were junk that no one wants. I tried talking to customer service, but they were super rude and didn’t take me seriously. It feels like I got scammed, and I regret ever placing this order.

Customer service is 100% awful. Was working with Henley he won’t return calls and says one thing and does another. I have purchased from them in the past and it’s a hit or miss. When you see no pictures of the pallets do not buy. Trying to speak with a Rep (Henley) is a joke he is a poor representation for the company. They just fired all the sales staff and call center is not in US when call can’t understand him. Just awful and the prices for some pallets are ridiculous I think they ghost bid against us to get more money. They are going down as a reputable business. Find other company’s to buy from and whatever you do try not to get Henley awful

SCAM!! Do not buy! Purchased a pallet online which was labeled “damaged/missing parts/tested not working” when I get to the warehouse, the items I purchased had been fully recycled!! Warehouse staff advised me to leave the pallet there, since it was labeled incorrectly, and they will contact customer service for a refund. They did not give me a full refund and charged a 10% cancellation fee! Very disappointed with customer service received, and do not recommend doing business with them! I have purchased pallets from them before with no issue, but will not be purchasing from them again.

Found so much counterfeit products and Im not talking dupes or knock offs. Legit products trying to replicate big companies like samsung and playstation.

This is considered fraud and can lead to the purchase contract being invalidated. Buyers have the right to seek financial compensation or end the sale. The Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) in Texas prohibits false, misleading, or deceptive business practices. This includes: Misrepresenting the characteristics or uses of an item Representing that an item is of a certain quality when it is not Advertising with the intent not to sell as advertised Failing to disclose information to induce a consumer to buy Consumers can file a civil lawsuit against those who violate the DTPA
