The service was very bad
The service was very bad. I tried for 3 months to talk about their price and service , but I no help for them. They doubled their price after my contract ended, but would not reduce the price or give me additional channels, so I switched to Dish. We kept having the TV go out in a storm and even when there were clouds in the skies. I tried so hard to keep Direct TV!
