Excellent people to work with they understand what people need knon

I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical of the price and that they were a legitimate company. I spent 3 weeks searching daily for a scam alert, a bad BBB review or any sign that they were not a real provider of hearing aids. I finally gave in after finding only positive info on them and their services. With a price that is 1/4th the price of what my local hearing aid provider quoted you can understand my skepticism. I have now had a great experience with sales, service and those who supply my batteries, filters and domes. I can without hesitation say that everyone has been awesome. I recommend them with complete confidence and am sooooo glad that I made the decisions to go with this company. And, no, I am not being compensated in ANY way for giving this review. With all the companies and persons out there that will stick it to you, it is refreshing to find one that doesn't.

Very helpful in settings

Fulfilled my request for replacing a lost aid, took a bit longer than expected but the results were very good. Could always reach out for help, all people I associated with were more than helpful. Would reccomend to others for their needs.

Right and left were programmed backwards. You can't screw up much worse than that.

Fast service

What made the experience a good one is that the service rep took his time, was thorough and cared about the process. The follow through was on point and items were delivered on time.

The staff are fairly responsive to email questions/issues and resolve the matter quickly. They seem to have solid technical knowledge and the prices are very reasonable.
