Was excited to learn about this little device when considering the speaker quality on my current laptop and the possibility of using Zoom again. Ordering went smooth and shipping was very fast. This device plugged in and with not a whole lot of effort, connected my hearing aids with the laptop quickly. The price was comparible to what my audiologist was going to charge - but I would have waited a bit longer to go through them then ordering online. (not sure of discounted price if any but service/shipping was great).

My first thought was "this is too good to be true". Price is about half of what my local clinic offers, just for starters. Well, IT IS TRUE. I received my new Signia in a timely manner; charger, domes and wax filters included; they had been already programmed using the hearing test I sent. There was an issue with a device needed for the fit appointment, but they fix it promptly. From the sales guy to the technician: they are knowledgeable, respond, follow up and provide assistance and advice. Great experience overall.
