Hello Chris, Thank you for taking time to write a review. As explained, there was miscommunication on our end because you did not place the order. Mistakenly, we thought the order was going to be placed, and then we would place it on backorder for you. Because we did not have an order to place on backorder, there was no paper work to put on our backorder list for the item. We have revised our process for dealing with situations like these. This will never happen again! We dropped the ball, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. I am glad you now have the fabric, and I hope it is perfect. As far as the discount, they are not abundantly given. We offered you a discount to further express our apologies. I hope you will consider us for future projects, and we can prove that this was a one time mistake.
