Im new to the business and my experience so far with the teams has been great, Very responsive and willing to help. They provided alot of information and there will be a leaning curve, but they are there to help support your success. We all just need to put the effort and work to make it happen. Make sure you make a mindset shift from worker to entrepreneur, as this your business and you need to work to make it grow.

All the support staff have made it easy for me to get acquainted with the different learning material. Everyone is willing to help and jump in to assist when needed. I feel as though I really do have a team behind me making my dream a reality.

I signed up recently and in the phase of learning and getting ready to talk to merchants, and so far the team has been absolutely incredibly useful and professional. everybody is patient and kind, I am encouraged to ask anything I need, There is a team of people dedicated to answer all of it quickly, push me, and they actually do everything they can to help me learn. They all act so quick, setting a website for me, organizing materials, I am super impressed with the professionalism and even though I am starting out, it feels like I'm in extremely good hands.
