Great support from DiviNext. They’ve helped me twice now, most recently today, and both times the response was fast and friendly. Md. Rakibul Islam quickly got my site working with an EaseAccess issue, and previously helped with a Divi Essential image upload issue as well. Solid support when you need it.

Exceptional support and a simple solution to a "White Screen" mystery! I recently experienced a "White Screen of Death" issue on my website and was convinced it was a compatibility conflict between Divi Essential and Divi 5. After struggling for a few days, I contacted the Divi Next support team via live chat. They were incredibly helpful! We discovered that the issue wasn't a bug at all—it was simply the Maintenance Mode extension being active without a custom layout assigned. Because nothing was customized, it showed a blank white page. The support team was patient, professional, and helped me resolve it in minutes. If you ever see a white screen, check your Maintenance Mode settings first! Huge thanks to the team for getting me back on track. Highly recommended!

It's a bit messy to use; the Divi Mini Cart keeps turning itself on even when it's switched off. Not a huge amount of customisation for the different button states...

Tech support is the key for any company that provides software services. DiviNext, the company behind amazing plugins for DIVI, has this awesome support. Hats off to Sayemur Rahman, who was absolutely very diligent, prompt in action, and supportive til the entire issue was addressed.
