The jacket is absolutely perfect, but the customer service was somehow even better! I needed to exchange it for a different size, and customer service (Steph) made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. She went above and beyond to get the new size sent out right away so Filou wouldn’t have to wait. 🥹 The quality is beautiful, the fit is perfect, and the level of care and personal attention really stood out. Highly recommend both the jacket and this wonderful small business! ❤️

The Diango Rain Jacket keeps Willow nicely dry on her walks as we persevere during this Nor’easter wind and rain storm on the Mass. South Shore! The jacket also drys quickly which is appreciated during our many rain-soaked outings. Keep up the good work Diango!

I love the Django harnesses and leashes! I have two of the harnesses in the Tahoe no pull XL for my Siberian husky and I love that it has the option to clip in the front or the back. Since my dog has a tendency to want to pull, being able to clip in the front has been a game changer! The leashes have a very sturdy clip that you are able to lock in place so you don’t have to worry about the possibility of the leash coming unclipped. They also have a ring towards the top where the hand loop is so I can easily clip my waste bags and other things I need for my dog to keep nearby. Additionally, I’ve appreciated the customer service from Django as well. They have been very easy to get a hold of for questions and communicative for my order status. I definitely recommend this to others and will continue to purchase!

@djangobrand harnesses unsnap on both sides. I have a paralyzed dachshund and she has to balance on one paw with most other brands. But with the harness opening on both sides, I can snap it in place around her. It’s simple but perfect.

This company is an example of excellent customer service and quality products. They are incredible. I ordered two harnesses for my new mini dachshund knowing that one will need to be returned to ensure a proper fit. Steph from Django wrote to me like a friend! She even sent a handwritten card in the shipment congratulating me on my new pup!! The company wisely sends along a return label so that you don’t have to scramble to find out how to return an item. Once the harnesses arrived Steph followed up with an email telling me that they know about the return of the harness that doesn’t fit and that they will credit my credit card as soon as the return is completed. The harness that we kept is really perfect. I think many companies should take a cue from Django. A truly great company.

We have 2 dachshunds with two very different personalities. When one started pulling nonstop on walks and getting little bumps on her skin from poor harness fit I began researching harnesses and found Django. I ordered two harnesses after measuring our little ones (14 and 16 inch chests). When they arrived one fit great (our smaller chested boy) and one was a little too tight even though the sizing should have fit her. I contacted Django and was floored by how awesome the customer service was! I was sent a return label immediately AND a new harness in a size up was sent same day! Then Steph even explained how the sizing can be off sometimes depending on a few different factors, including a muscular chest which our girl has since she’s incredibly active (digs constantly and loves to run). I really can’t say enough kind words about this business. They made the exchange extremely simple and I’m excited for our little ones to get back out on the trail.
