Tyler emailed me right away with the shipping cost information and we received the package in record time! Living in Hawaii, I expected to wait a while for the delivery but it was here in a couple of days!

Excellent customer service with Tyler. My order was delayed and he made sure it was sent out with complimentary 2 day shipping, so that it would arrive before I left for vacation. I've ordered from them 3 separate times and equally satisfied on each occasion.
