Hello, The brake I purchased from you all for my wheel chair is working like a dream. I couldn't be happier with the brake and your customer service. I received a couple emails letting me know the brake was on the way. I also received a notice from UPS when my brake was scheduled to come to my house. Very Satisfied customer. Terry

Good experience overall - very easy to find what I was looking for. FedEx, as usual in Atlanta, dropped the ball, and had the audacity to think I, the disabled consumer with no car, would just come retrieve it from them a different day. I made a big fuss and they brought it on time, but with all the issues we've had I could meet recommend them for any dealer. However, no points taken from DME Hub for that. After I fought several FedEx managers I it my package on time and am now enjoying my products!

Ordered replacement wheel locks for my wheelchair based on information from the wheelchair manufacturer website. They did not fit between the wheel and frame. Working with technical support/customer service, was able to identify a better suited replacement with easy return of ones that didn't fit. Helped me make the necessary adjustments to make the better suited fit correctly. Very happy with the end result. So, great support.

Upon initially ordering, the wrong product was sent out and being that it was a spare accessory I didn't find out it was incorrect until a couple of weeks after receiving it. Even with the lapse in time, Tyler proved to be a credible dealer and made the situation right by sending me the correct order in a timely manner. I have no qualms about ordering from DME Hub in the future.

I had been searching for Out Front wheel locks as my DME provider wasn't an Out Front vendor and this site was the only one I could find that carried them!
